We receive a lot of questions about shipping rates at MyUS, and we frequently point customers to the shipping rate calculator available on our website. Using this calculator, you can quickly and easily determine the approximate price for shipping your purchases from our facilities to your door.

To get the most accurate shipping rates, you will need to know the weight and dimensions of your package (2015 Update: We have released the new MyUS TruePrice™ - where the dimensions of your package don't matter anymore and the price you're quoted is the price you pay!). Many merchants publish the shipping weight and dimensions of merchandise along with the product details, and you can use this information to get an idea of how much your final package may weigh. For ease of use, the calculator accepts package weights in both pounds (lbs) and kilograms (kg).

MyUS has negotiated special shipping rates with our couriers, and our members typically pay lower rates than the general public. In addition, MyUS.com offers Members a repackaging service that helps to eliminate unnecessary packing materials in order to reduce package weight.  Premium members pay a lower rate than Basic members, so be sure to specify your membership type to get the most accurate shipping rate estimate.

Please keep in mind that we cannot know how much—or if--your local customs office will charge duties & taxes on your merchandise until your package arrives at their facility and customs officers inspect it. We can provide some guidance, but we always recommend you check with your local customs office prior to ordering merchandise.

Because we will discard any unnecessary packing materials and samples that may make packages heavier, and because we cannot know the exact weight of your package until after we have consolidated the boxes, we cannot provide a final shipping cost until we prepare your package for shipment and tender it to the courier. Also, please remember to consider the extra costs that may accompany additional services like insurance, fragile stickers or other special handling. With this information in mind, the calculator on our website will help you determine the approximate price for shipping your products from the U.S.A. directly to your door.
