New Features Give You More Control Over Personal Shopper Orders
MyUS is proud to announce new upgrades that allow for even more flexibility and control when using the Personal Shopper service. With these upgrades in place, you can now edit or cancel orders right from your MyUS.com accounts!
Though modifying Personal Shopper orders previously required contacting the MyUS.com Personal Shopper department, these new upgrades give you the ability to modify or even cancel these orders directly from the MyUS.com website. Once you submit an order, our system will automatically make the “Edit” and “Cancel” links available from within your account; the links will remain available until our Personal Shopper department processes your request.
To change or cancel a Personal Shopper order, just log in to your account and click “PERSONAL SHOPPER.” In the “Personal Shopper” section of that page, click “Personal Shopper Order History” to display a list of recent orders. If your order has not yet been processed, you can click the “Edit” or “Cancel” button to make any necessary changes.
Anytime you modify a Personal Shopper order, please be sure to complete the checkout process. This process updates the order in our system and sends the changes to our Personal Shoppers for processing.
