Shipping Costs:

• Members incur shipping costs for each shipment sent. MyUS offers the lowest international express shipping rates. Save up to 80% when you use our package consolidation service!
• You can estimate your shipping costs before you purchase an item by asking the merchant for the weight and dimensions of the package they will ship to MyUS.
• Enter that information into the MyUS shipping cost calculator for your estimated shipping rates. MyUS TruePrice™ shipping rates are based ONLY on the weight of the package we ship to you (excludes oversized and palletized shipments).

Enhanced Liability Protection:

Enhanced Liability Protection rates are based on the declared value of the items in your shipment, and costs 3.50 USD for every 100.00 USD of merchandise value.

For example, if your merchandise value is 300.00 USD, you would pay 10.50 USD for Enhanced Liability Protection. All shipments are protected up to their declared value, but you can decline Enhanced Liability Protection in your Shipping Preferences. Please note: You will not be able to file a claim if you decline Enhanced Liability Protection on your shipment.

Storage Costs:

Premium, + Mail, Business, and VIP memberships offer 30 days of free storage. Packages stored past the free storage period will incur storage fees at the rates below. Storage fees continue to accrue until your package is shipped, discarded, or returned to the sender. You will see storage charges itemized on your invoice when the package is shipped or discarded.
