MyUS Holiday Giveaway Competition - Official Rules

To qualify to enter the competition, you must be: (a) 21 years of age or older and (b) ensure your Facebook / Instagram / TikTok page(s) is/are public during the competition.
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Access USA Shipping, LLC d/b/a MyUS.com (“MyUS”), which will be final.
To enter the competition, you must:
1. Have a valid MyUS premium member account,
2. Follow MyUS on Facebook (@myuscom), Instagram (@myus_shipping), and/or Tik Tok (@myus_shipping),
3. Ensure your Instagram / Facebook / TikTok page is public during the competition, and
4. Complete all tasks under the Giveaway Prompt by following the instructions steps to participate.
Each completed task will count as one (1) submission by participant with up to three (3) entries each day the competition.
The winners will be selected on March 7th (“Selection Day”) and each winner will receive one of the following gifts (“Prizes”):
1. MyUS Shipping Credit in the amount of USD 200.
2. HD Projector + Screen
3. PayPal International Gift Card (valued at USD 200).
4. 5-piece travel luggage set.
5. Apple Watch and Apple AirPods.
Winners will be notified via message through Facebook or Instagram.
MyUS will randomly select five (5) winners using an online randomizer. Participants can only receive one (1) Prize and will not be eligible for multiple Prizes even if randomly selected more than once.
MyUS reserves the right to change the Selection Date with no warning or liability to participants.
Any use of an electronic device to enhance or alter participant’s odds of winning will be considered a fraudulent entry, and will be declared as invalid.
To claim a Prize, winner must respond as directed within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If winner cannot be reached or fails to timely respond or comply with the requirements or if MyUS determines that a winner is not eligible or are disqualified, then MyUS will select an alternative winner through the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes are non-transferable.
By accepting the Prize, winner grants MyUS permission to use the name, photo, statements and experiences of winner related to the competition for advertising/marketing purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Participants consent to their data being stored, transferred, and processed (either in the US or overseas) by MyUS and consent to their authorized third parties to contact the participant if a participant wins a Prize and to organize its delivery and any other uses of the information.
MyUS can change these terms and conditions or cancel the competition and/or Prize at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.
All federal and local laws and regulations apply and the competition is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of MyUS or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and persons connected with the competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
MyUS will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any losses, expenses, damages, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, arising out of organizing or holding this competition or as a result of your participation in this competition or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned, including claims based on publicity rights, defamations or invasion of privacy. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of MyUS for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Florida courts.
