When completing your order with the retailer, they will provide you with their options of shipping the products you ordered to your MyUS suite. The retailer’s service is completed when your package is delivered to our facilities. When delivered, your package will be processed and we’ll notify you once your item arrives at your suite, at which point, depending on your membership type:
- For Single Package members, we’ll automatically forward it to your home address, with the preferred carrier of your choice–in your account settings–this will make the hand-off seamlessly convenient for you.
- Premium members have the option to either auto-ship the item to your home or elect to have MyUS store your item(s) while you wait for more packages to arrive to then combine multiple packages into one shipment to your home.

Shippers in countries of origin should meet the following requirements to facilitate smooth and fast clearance for high value shipments.
- Include a legalized Certificate of Origin (COO), stamped and signed by the Chamber of Commerce in the origin country, for all high value shipments above the value of 1000 KD or above 100 Kgs.
- Include the legalized Original Commercial Invoice, stamped and signed by the Chamber of Commerce in the origin country, on the shipper’s letterhead with a signature and company stamp or seal.
Additionally, the following details should be included in the Original Commercial Invoice:
- An 8+ digit Harmonized System (HS) code for each item listed on the commercial invoice
- Quantity
- Unit value
- Total value
- Total invoice value
- Weight
- Country of origin

MyUS is now able to ship e-shisha products to Kuwait via DHL Express.
Effective: 28 December 2015
Kuwait customs has prohibited the import of electronic cigarettes and e-shisha including e-juice and e-cigarette/e-shisha parts and accessories. Please do not ship these products to MyUS, as we cannot ship them to Kuwait. We were able to ship e-shisha for a while, however, those shipments are now being returned to MyUS as well, due to being rejected by customs.
